Two-room apartment 11-12

There are 4 intercommunicating rooms in a row, 2 of which with kitchenette, each has a bathroom and air conditioning; they can be sectioned into several versions. Basically they are two two-room apartments but they can become, for example, 1 two-room apartment (n. 10), 1 studio apartment with kitchenette (n. 11) and one double room (n.12); or: 1 studio apartment with kitchenette (first room n. 10) and 1 three-room apartment (second room n. 10 and whole n. 11-12).
